Tranche

Pre-origination deal screening for asset-based lenders.

Drop in a deal, get back a pass, flag, or fail with factor-level rationale in under two minutes, plus a committee-ready memo.

I designed and shipped it end to end: a configurable credit-box engine holding each lender’s own rules (DSCR floors, LTV and advance-rate caps by collateral type, borrowing-base and concentration limits), LLM extraction that turns term sheets and borrower financials into structured inputs, and a scoring layer on top. The decision layer is deterministic rather than model-driven, because credit teams won’t act on a black box.
